At blinkers, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Because vape products are sensitive and safety-regulated, we offer refunds and replacements based on the simple guidelines below.

All Sales Are Final for Opened Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used vape products under any circumstances.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your Blinkers product arrives defective or damaged, you can request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible issues include:

  • Device not turning on

  • Device not charging (for rechargeable models)

  • Device arriving cracked, broken, or leaking

  • No vapor production

To file a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo or video showing the defect

Our support team will review your request and help you get a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days.
We will send the correct item at no extra cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Opened or used vapes

  • Products damaged due to mishandling

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Orders shipped to wrong addresses entered by the customer

  • Items returned without authorization

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, please allow 3–5 business days for it to return to your original payment method.
